DB-ACE Chinchwad, Pune, has launched an exciting new program on Agentic AI aimed at empowering the city’s youth with advanced Artificial Intelligence skills to unlock high-demand career opportunities. The initiative promises hands-on experience with tools utilized by leading technology companies, equipping students to meet the needs of the rapidly evolving AI industry.
The AI course was inaugurated by Fr Ashley Miranda, Provincial Designate of Mumbai Province. The event was graced by several distinguished guests, including Mr Arun Bhist, Senior Vice President of Knorr Bremse; Mr Ajinkya Bangar, Executive Director of Knorr Bremse; Col. Amol; Mr Duttratray, Crime Branch Officer; Mr. Gaurav Choudhary, CSR Excutive Schaffler; Fr Julian Misquitta and Fr Peter Rodrigues, Parish Priests; and Mr. Prashant Kedari, President of RCS.
Fr Anton D'Souza, Director of DB-ACE Chinchwad, announced the institution’s proud partnership with Mr Cladius Fernando, Principal Architect and CTO Unit at Persistent Systems Limited. This collaboration aims to empower the youth through this specialized AI training.
During the inauguration, the dignitaries also launched a new book “Agentic AI Demystified” authored by Mr Cladius Fernando, Khusboo Patil and Nixon Kurian, marking a significant milestone in the launch of this initiative. Led by Fr Ashley Miranda, the guests officially declared the program open and encouraged the youth to seize the opportunity.
Addressing the attendees, the dignitaries urged young aspirants to “Be ready to shape the future with AI! Master AI and boost your career!”
The course is specially designed for graduates holding BSc, BCA, or BE degrees and possessing basic knowledge of Python. The curriculum includes essential topics such as GenAI Foundations with Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), advanced GenAI techniques including memory handling and debugging, Amazon Bedrock Agents, Langflow, LangGraph, MCP, and A2A.
Classes will commence on August 30, 2025, and will be conducted in-person exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays to accommodate students who are unable to attend weekday sessions.
This program represents a vital step toward preparing Pune’s youth for the future of technology and innovation in the AI domain.
