Mechanic Auto-Body Repair Course

The Mechanic Auto Body Repair trade is a popular course having a one-year duration. Students qualified in this particular course can join the industry as a Technician and progress towards becoming a Supervisor and the Manager.

During the one-year duration a student is trained in various skills such as spot-welding and dent fixing. In addition to this a student also participates in various extra-curricular activities to build up their self-confidence and soft skills.

After the completion of the one-year course the trainee will be able to plan ad perform basic fasteing and fitting operation by using correct hand tools, machine tools & equipments. Students will also be able to assess damage done to vehicles and identify repair and replacement needs. Students will also have a hands ontraining in fiiting various body parts and diagnosing structural damage, assessing its extent and evaluating the procedures needed to make the repairs.

Students who successfully complete the course can seek jobs in the service centres of automobile companies. Students can progress further to become a quality service manager of a company.
