011 Don Bosco Chinchwad Welcomes Knorr-Bremse Officials

On November 12, 2024, Don Bosco Management, Chinchwad, welcomed Knorr-Bremse officials at the institute's entrance, marking the beginning of a fruitful visit.
The Knorr-Bremise delegation comprised of:

Arora Jatin – Country Compliance Officer – India. Agarwal Rupali - Manager – CSR. Bangar Ajinkya – Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing
Fr Anton D'Souza, Director, shared Don Bosco Chinchwad's vision, while Mr Nilesh Chandgude, Principal, presented the current status of the institute. The officials engaged in a detailed meeting with the management.
After the meeting, the Knorr-Bremse team visited the hostel (sponsored by Knorr-Bremse in 2008) and various workshops. They interacted with students from different trades. During their visit to the Electrical Vehicle Lab, they were impressed by the students' knowledge of market demand.
At Fr Alessi Hall, the dignitaries were greeted with a traditional aarti and a beautiful rangoli, symbolizing a warm welcome.
Fr Anton D'Souza thanked Knorr-Bremse for their strong partnership in skill development and the hostel donation. Bytow-Weissheimer Sylvia - Managing Director of Global Care e.V. expressed her heartfelt admiration for the institute's remarkable growth, citing it as a testament to the dedication and hard work of the management and staff.
The officials expressed hope for a continued bright partnership between Don Bosco and Knorr Bremse. The strategic partnership between Knorr-Bremse, a global leader in braking systems, and Don Bosco, a renowned institution in vocational training, is a significant step towards empowering young minds.
Knorr-Bremse and Don Bosco share a common goal to equip the next generation with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the modern workforce.
The day's proceedings concluded with a reception at the Admin Block, where refreshments were served. This provided an ideal setting for dignitaries to engage in private discussions, exploring potential avenues for collaboration and solidifying future partnership plans.
